PERMISSION SLIP – Donegal Youth Orchestra

Dear Parent/Guardian,

The Donegal Youth Orchestra are expected to finish their rehearsal in An Grianán Theatre on Sunday at around 3.15pm. They’re due back at the conference room in the theatre at 4.45pm.

Please let us know if you plan to collect your son/daughter at 3.15pm, or if you give them permission to leave the theatre between 3.15pm and 4.45pm. Otherwise they  must stay in the theatre. So please indicate one of these three options J

  1. I will be collecting my son/daughter [name]

permission to leave the An Grianán during the period 3.15pm to 4.45pm on Sunday 15th

Please return this slip to Mary Armitage on Sunday. If an orchestra member does not have a completed slip, they must stay in the theatre for the duration on Sunday. Bring snacks!
