Donegal Youth Orchestra to visit Tory Island

Looking forward to bringing Donegal Youth Orchestra to Tory Island on Sunday 23 August, a rescheduled visit  that originally was planned for May, which had to be postponed due to adverse weather conditions. We are so looking forward to this trip.

The Donegal Youth Orchestra (DYO) is the largest of the DMEP ensembles and provides a great platform for students who have advanced to intermediate and advanced levels. It is open to string, percussion, woodwind and brass players of a grade 3 standard and upwards and is designed to complement each student’s individual lesson.

The concert is taking place along with special guests from the Island in Halla Pobail Oileán Thoraí, Sunday 23 August at 2:30pm.
