DMEP students visit the US Ambassador’s Residence in the Phoenix Park

We are very excited to announce that some of our Soundwaves and John Lennon Bus, Bundoran participants were invited to US Ambassador’s Residence in the Phoenix Park on Tuesday 8 September. They were there to see and hear American Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Patti Griffin in an interview with RTE’s Jim Lockhart.  They also had an opportunity to meet the US Ambassador to Ireland, Kevin O’Leary and his lovely wife Dena. This was a fantastic experience and a great day was had by all.

The edited program is set to air on RTE Radio 1’s Arena this Friday, September 11, 7pm.  Live streaming will be available at: http://www.rte.ie/radio1/arena/.
