A concert to remember from Colmcille 1500
A look back to late July 2022 –
We’re still catching our breath after a marvellous concert at An Grianán Theatre on Sunday evening (24th). There was a standing ovation for the second performance of Vincent Kennedy’s suite ‘St Colmcille, Dove of Peace’, performed by the Donegal Youth Orchestra, singers from the Donegal Youth Choir, soloists and special guests. The concert was staged with support from Donegal County Council. Our thanks to the Council’s arts officer Traolach Ó Fionnáin, and everyone who helped.
