Arrangements for group members (timings approximate – conductors will have detailed timings)

• Junior choirs will be supervised in the Green Room/dressing rooms after their rehearsals/performance unless parents have made other arrangements. Please let the conductor know.
• Donegal Youth Choir – permission slips from parents will be needed if youth choir members want to leave theatre. Downtime approx – 4pm – 5.30pm; 5.57pm – 6.50pm. If permission has not been secured, and parents are not present, choir members who are under-18 must stay in the DYC dressing room/Green Room with supervising adult(s). Conductor/DMEP will make necessary arrangements.
• Donegal Youth Orchestra members under 18 must submit permission slips on Sunday which indicate if they are meeting parents; allowed to leave theatre; or staying in the theatre. Downtime approx – 3.30pm – 5.55pm. If they are staying, they need to be in the dressing room with supervising adults. DMEP to make arrangements.
